Cancellation/Refund Policy:

» Cancellations will be accepted, and a refund given up to 7 days before the reservation begins.

» Cancellation Fees: A 5% cancellation fee may be applied to reservations cancelled by customer. If reservation is cancelled by CMP or the event is cancelled, a full refund will be given.

» No refunds will be given up to 7 days before the reservation begins. The only exception is if Carolina Motorsports Park cancels your reservation or the event.

» CMP reserves the right to change or cancel a reservation for any reason at any time. If cancelled by CMP, a full refund will be given.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:

» Early check-in and late check-out is not permitted unless otherwise stated by track management. Reservation start and end times can be found on reservation pages as well as your confirmation email.

Damage To Property:

» Any damage incurred to the reserved space will be the responsibility of the participant. CMP reserves the right to bill participant for any damages to reserved space.

Stored Credit Card Information:

» Carolina Motorsports Park does not store your credit card info. Any credit card info stored is through our secure payment gateway, Authorize.net.
